Our stay was decent overall, with clean and comfortable rooms that offered a lovely view of the ocean. We were excited about the water activities, but the dining options were limited and the service varied. While it’s a great spot for families with younger kids, parking and accessibility should be better managed for a more relaxing experience.

The Pacific Island Club Hotel has a lot of potential with its family-friendly atmosphere and great activities, but unfortunately, it misses the mark in some critical areas. The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about our experience, particularly at the water park and during entertainment events. However, the rooms are dated and not as well maintained as I expected, and the dining options could use improvement. It's convenient to have the beach and pools nearby, but the challenges with room quality and dining left me wanting more.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite dated and took a while to reach from the front desk. While comfortable, they definitely show their age and need some upgrades.
Service

The service was excellent, especially from the lifeguards who went the extra mile to ensure my kids were safe and happy.
Location

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant with many enjoyable aspects, but there were some issues that made it less than ideal. The beach access was superb, and the water park was a hit with the kids. However, the dining options were limited, and there were some frustrations with staff availability and responsiveness.

Our family vacation at the resort was truly unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding staff who made us feel special throughout our stay. The water park and other amenities provided endless entertainment for the kids, but there were a few downsides, including some issues with the room and clarity on extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience but had some room for improvement in communication and cleanliness.

Rooms
7.0
The room we stayed in was quite comfortable, but we did notice some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. It came equipped with free bottles of water and coffee, which was a nice touch.
Service

Dining

Dining options were decent, but I found the buffet a bit overwhelming. However, the nearby teppanyaki restaurant was a fantastic choice for a fun family meal.
Facilities

The facilities were mostly great, especially the water park, which was a hit with the kids. Just be prepared for it to be crowded at times.

The Pacific Island Club Hotel in Guam was a huge letdown for me. Although the location is good for families with its waterpark, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues, hidden charges, and poor service. The rooms felt outdated, and I encountered significant communication barriers with the staff. My recommendation is to skip this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were tired and definitely in need of updating. They felt shabby and did not meet my expectations.
Service
5.0
The service was frustratingly unhelpful, with staff lacking basic knowledge and communication skills. It felt like they cared more about outside guests than the hotel guests.
Location
6.0
While the hotel is situated well for accessing the beach and has a large waterpark, the overcrowding made it less enjoyable for families, especially when outside guests were allowed in.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and mediocre food. The prices seemed high for what was offered.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, including the waterpark, were overcrowded and poorly maintained. It felt chaotic rather than relaxing.
